We thought we had sent all January departing missionaries through our last career workshop but with all the changes at the missionary department a few missionaries release dates were adjusted. So we held an additional Career Workshop for those missionaries as well as for our March departing missionaries.
This was the first time Elder and Sister Kiholm were involved. They are living in Santiago and working at the ERC (Employment Resource Center). They have gone through extensive training in the Career Workshop and many other aspects of helping members improve their employment opportunities. We are so happy they are here!
Near the end of the workshop the senior couples come in to help with mock interviews. I always love to interview our missionaries and am always very impressed with their ability to express themselves and "sell" themselves to a prospective employer.
