Training The Trainers

In June we were scheduled to receive 24 new missionaries and boy were we excited. We had the trainers come in for their training (well almost half of the trainers had trained before so they didn't need to come to the meeting). Many of the ones that came to the training were new missionaries just completing their 12 weeks of training. That's the objective--new missionaries should be able to train after their 12 weeks if called upon to do so. They are young in the mission and so eager to help assist another new missionary. The memories of their first few days in the field are still fresh in their minds. The lessons and techniques will truly be cemented in their minds and hearts of these new missionary trainers.

These missionaries are ready and able to become wonderful trainers! We are excited about their assignments!
