Ten New Missionaries Arrive

The best Christmas Gift we could have received was the arrival of ten eager new missionaries who landed in Cauayan on December 30. Eight were from various regions of the Philippines: Elder Miole, Elder Murillo, Elder Galang, Elder Templado, Elder Biason, Sister Galang (no relation to Elder Galang), Elder Oliva and Elder Reyes. Elder Griffin and Sister MartinA'z came from the U.S.

As usual they arrive in the wee hours of the morning. We feed them breakfast, did a brief orientation and send them to transfer meeting where they met their new companions. I know we say this every time we get new missionaries--but this is an extra special batch. They are eager to go and be of service to the people in this region and share the gospel with everyone they come in contact with.
