We attended district meetings in Tuguegarao and then did some shopping in the National Bookstore (the only decent bookstore in our mission) and in Brickstone, a grocery store that carries pinto and kidney beans in the can. (Only sometimes and this is the only place to buy these in our mision.) After all those errands we ended up in McDonalds and who should we see? Almost all of the Tuguegarao Zone, just finishing up their lunch. President treated each to an icecream sundae and we enjoyed having a few extra minutes to visit with them. They are a happy bunch of missionaries--so full of fun.
