Elder Starley's Namesake

Little John Weldon's head is as big as his mom's and he's only 4 months's old!

Rani, the Mission's gardener and his wife Melanie had twins right after the Starley's left. They knew they were having a son and so they wanted to name him after Elder Starley (John Weldon), you can imagine how surprised they were when two little boys popped out! So they named the second son James Weldon. Elder Starley and Rani had forged a very special relationship together. They are both quiet and hard working and became great friends. We were able to visit Rani's home last week and see the twins. They are super-sized boys. Now at 4 months, John Weldon weighs close to 20 pounds. Both Rani and his wife and tiny and so we're wondering how much longer they will be able to lift these little bruisers! They may have careers ahead of them as sumo wrestlers!
