In the past we've always held the Career Workshop during the missionaries last day in the field. We decided to change things around and now are doing it a few weeks before they leave the mission--and it's optional. So since we have two departure dates in September (due to the closure of the Manila MTC) we held one workshop for all those leaving on either date. Those missionaries who wanted to attend signed up and came in for the day of training.
