Besides American fast food we did get to enjoy a wonderful date night at a very fancy Italian Restaurant. It was some of the best Italian food we've ever eaten. My birthday is in early May so President spoiled me with this lovely meal and some unexpected gifts.

| After dinner we enjoyed listenting to a wonderful string quartet in the lobby of the hotel as we shared a piece of cheesecake! There is culture in the Philippines! We found it at the Shangra-La Hotel. |
