As usual our great zone leaders gathered at the first of the month for our zone leader council. The meeting began with president sharing a few scriptures and training ideas. The zone leaders discuss important matters.

We put together 5 real scenariios where zone leader intervention was necessary. We divided the zone leaders into 5 groups and each group had time to discuss the issue and come up with positive ideas to handle the situation.
Groups gathered in all areas of the mission home.
Including the kitchen!
Then one by one they introduced the situation and gave their ideas for viable solutions. We were very impressed with their ideas.
We all learned so much from listening to each other.
The assistants did some training and then there was lunch!
Lunch always gives the zone leaders time to chat with old friends and hear all about each other's experiences.
We truly love and appreciate these great leaders who work hard in their own areas and then spend lots of time and effort to assist the missionaries who are assigned in their zones.
